I initially trained in integrative counselling, drawing on the psychodynamic, person-centered and transpersonal theoretical teachings. In parallel, I’ve also developed a deep interest for ecopsychology, imagination and narrative practices.
What can you expect?
I will first create a safe space for you to tell me your story, the obstacles and struggles you encounter. We will go at your own pace and welcome whatever is emerging for you, following your own process. Because human beings are not isolated beings, I will pay equal attention to your present and past relationships, as well as your place and relationship to the wider world (society, culture, nature…). Talking and stories are a big part of the work, but to welcome all forms of expression, I might suggest at times to work with images, metaphors, visualizations or mind-body connection. I’ll provide you with a space where you can talk freely, while being supported in an empathic and exploratory manner, leaving room for the spontaneous and the unknown as well. My hope is to help you better understand your fears, struggles and environment, as well as your strengths, skills and knowledge. By shedding a new light on your situation, you can thus retrieve a greater freedom in your choices and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
