I work with people from age 18 onwards and from every walk of life. And I can offer therapy in both English and French.

During our initial session together, we'll discuss the reasons for your seeking support, the length of therapy and how I work. It's also a time for you and me to see whether or not we can work together. 

If you're interested in outdoor sessions, we would also discuss that possibility and what it entails during the initial indoor or online session.
Things to consider before any outdoor work:
For outdoor sessions, you need to be available during daytime.
At times, we might have to negotiate around elements like weather, types of terrain, animals and people. All this will be considered and discussed together at the start of our work together (during an indoor or online sessions), particularly in regard to confidentiality and safety.
