I initially trained in integrative counselling, drawing on the psychodynamic, person-centered and transpersonal theoretical teachings. Along side this, I’ve developed an interest for ecopsychology and imagination, and I’m keen to add more body-informed practices as well.
What can you expect?
I will first create a safe space for you to tell me your story, the obstacles and struggles you encounter. We will go at your own pace and welcome whatever is emerging for you, following your own process. Because human beings are not isolated beings, I will pay equal attention to your present and past relationships, as well as your place and relationship to the wider world (society, culture, nature…). At times, I might suggest to work with images, metaphors, visualizations, drawings or nature-based practices to welcome all forms of self-expression. I’ll provide you with a space where you can talk freely, while being supported in an empathic and exploratory manner, leaving room for the spontaneous and the unknown as well. My hope is to help you recognize and better understand your fears, wounds and environment, as well as your strengths, abilities and gifts. By identifying new resources, you can thus retrieve a greater freedom in your choices and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
