I guide regular public nature and forest therapy experiences for small groups following the seasons and the cycles of nature. These walks are a perfect way to give yourself space and time, to tend to your self-care, to learn from others and to deepen your relationship to nature.
A typical walk lasts between 2 and 3 hours, on a easy and short trail.
